Universal Gas Solutions is growing our operations in Scotland, and we're looking for an experienced, Gas Safe registered engineer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a supportive, forward-thinking multi-utility contractor that genuinely invests in its people.
You'll be covering work for some of our largest clients across Scotland, including applicable appliance replacements for vulnerable customers - so alongside strong technical skills, we're looking for someone patient, empathetic and professional in the home.
What you'll be doing:
- Gas appliance replacements - boilers, fires, cookers and hobs
- CO investigations
- Incident support, including purge and relights across Scotland
- Delivering a first-class, considerate service to vulnerable and everyday customers alike
What we're looking for:
- Gas Safe registered with relevant ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1 etc.)
- Proven experience in domestic gas appliance replacement and fault-finding
- A patient, empathetic manner when working with vulnerable customers
- Full UK driving licence
- A reliable, self-motivated approach to working independently in the field
What we offer:
- Competitive salary, £38,000 - £45,000 (DOE)
